I purchased the Sealy River Crest Ultra Plush 2 months ago and could not be more pleased. I had been looking for a mattress that did not cause my shoulders to hurt in the morning and this mattress delivers on this criteria. Matthew took the time to understand exactly what i was looking for and then encouraged me to take time resting on the beds he felt could meet my needs. I would tell you i toss less during the night and i am guessing this is because my shoulder is not waking me up.
I also want to complement the delivery crew. They made sure they tracked nothing in to our home and were very careful moving the new (mattress) into our home.

I am certainly enjoying my new mattress! I was totally happy with your service, too. You were quite willing by phone or email to answer any questions, following up in a timely fashion, even to the tracking of delivery services. All shipping was free and no sales tax. Plus, i added on white glove service ($50), as i ordered King size and knew i couldn't set it all up by myself. This was the only charge additional to the posted cost. I have been happy to refer you to others, as well.

Just wanted to say how much we are enjoying our new beds. The whole experience was a pleasure, from the selection process which you guided us thru to the set up of our beds in our home.
The 2 delivery men could not have been nicer, nor more accommodating. They set up our beds & took away our old bedding in much less time than we would have expected, and they cleaned up so well that our bedroom was actually cleaner than before they came. That is because the old queen-sized bed had not been moved in 6 or more years and the driver of the truck insisted on vacuuming the area for me, when i was trying not to get in his way. They were just really such nice gentlemen. So from beginning to finish, our whole experience with Mattress Factory was positive and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We also contained over 5,000 seperate furniture and mattress items available for purchase online. Due to outsourcing of the majority of these furniture lines to overseas manufacturers a significant percentage of quality control and time delay issues began to develop.
Rather than deal with a damaged reputation and even a small percentage of dissapointed customers, we decided to focus on the highest quality construction with particuliar attention towards domestically manufactured products. (Made in the U.S.A.).
